At level 38 each character can take his or her first heroic instance quest from special NPCs in League and Empire capitals. League characters recieve quest to Oreshek Heroic and Empire ones – to XAES Heroic. Those quests are repeatable, only one quest can be completed every day.
Each quest gives 1000 Reputation with Adventurers. To gain access to other heroics you must have enough reputation. Reputation levels for different instances are:
One of our readers, Stoei (Stoeipoesje), recently finished large and very detailed guide about completing Dark Citadel Heroic. He kindly allowed Allodsfan to post his guide here. I think his guide is great for two reasons: Firstly it gives very detailed walkthrough for all dungeon encounters, not only boss fights. Secondly, this guide is a rich source of ideas about how good PVE group should interact with each other to release its full potential. Stoei is going to write guides about another Heroics as well and we wish him luck. He clearly good at it
